On-site support

SzAPporta Ltd. doesn’t leave the customers to themselves after the installation of SAP integrated enterprise management software package, either.

In accordance with customer demands and within the frames of our support contract, we offer all-round help in both hardware and software operation.

This involves the solutions of problem situations necessarily arising during running a new system, the user support and the handling of occasional errors within the framework of help-desk service.

Support covers minor system adjustments like the creation of new types of document and the inclusion of new organisational units.

Typical tasks to be performed in the course of user support: phone assistance in the solution of operational problems, counselling in problematic business situations.
